It’s been quite a few weeks since I have blogged. I don’t have much I want to really say other than I am headstrong in the Lord and that excites me more than anything! Glad to be back in the hands of God. All started with a big heartbreak and a lot of little careless actions.

This Sunday would have been our 11th month officially dating, it’s been well over a year that we have been so deeply in each other’s lives though. Now we don’t talk at all. AT ALL. It kinda sucks a lot. I have never felt a pain like this before, but it has certainly gotten better with God’s timing. Feelings come and go — happy, ok, sad, mad, excited… I just miss being friends and having that person to talk to, especially now that college is my next big decision. I know there is a purpose behind all of this and I know I am not abandoned, because God is forever with me, but that doesn’t always keep the pain away. I still hurt and grieve. I still laugh and breathe. I still trust God fully. I still miss him with all my heart. I will always love him. But I know no matter what happens God is my rock and my salvation, and that will be my focus. Letting go is not easy, but letting it be in Jesus’ hands are where I find my comfort and peace. He carries me through though I struggle often, I have a hope that He has His best for me and is waiting for His perfect timing. I delight in my weaknesses for in them I am made strong by God’s almighty power.
